Doctor Mullikin spent a lot of time becoming familiar with both dogs and then did thorough exams. She addressed all my questions and concerns. Very satisfied with our visit, from scheduling to checking out, everyone was very nice.

In a few words, avoid this practice at all costs! I had a good experience last year with one of my cats, but lately service has been terrible. Do not let their friendly attitude distract from the poor quality of service to their patients. After all the well-being of the animals should be the priority for any clinic or animal hospital. My brother and I got a sphynx kitten the beginning of July. Our primary veterinarian was booked out for a month, so we decided to get an appointment here since their schedule had more availabilities (mistake one). First appointment with Dr. Bricker, she dismissed my concerns on the buildup of ear discharge in both of my kitten's ears, even after weekly cleanings. Dr. Bricker seemed quite clueless about the sphynx breed in general. Should have gone somewhere else after that first vet and having to pay a $81 wellness fee for her just to inform us that her knowledge is very limited for a person with a DVM. Dissapointed, but we proceeded with the second booster and I noted the discharge again in my kitten's ears. This TIME she decided to perform an ear swab (genius) and discovered there was a yeast infection (eureka she finally did her job). I thought alright, well maybe Dr. Bricker is just learning the ropes of this practice. Besides the poor service there was an additional $81 fee tacked on to this visit when the appointment was only supposed to be for a booster, but instead reflected her negligence the first time in dismissing my concerns on my kitten's ear discharge. I called the practice about the fee and the receptionist claimed that the fee should have been $96 instead of $81 because the appointment was classified as a medical one due to Dr. Bricker swabbing my kitten's ears. Ridiculous, there should only be a ONE time wellness fee for a kitten or any animal and clients should only be charged for the vaccines at a booster appointment. Highly recommend finding a different practice that is more knowledge than this one.
