Very nice staff. Reasonable rates

Alot of caring and kindness comes from this animal hospital. From getting my furry family members healthy to the last days, they have been a place for care and compassion. The affection with which the staff shows the patients is clear and there is never a furious push to get insurance, it's always about whose in their caste. The veterinarian has great bed side manner and will go out of his way to help with explanations for more difficult choices. I am grateful for their help with our family members throughout the years and would highly recommended them.

Dr Lee and the staff are amazing. I’ve visited my fair share of animal hospitals in Berks County and always had issues, until I found Antietam Valley. Just wish I had found them sooner.

I had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. My pet was unable to walk, and I came in seeking urgent help. Unfortunately, I felt that the staff member in maroon and the owner was unprofessional and let personal emotions affect her behavior. When I asked questions about the necessity of certain tests, I was met with hostility rather than helpful explanations. The clinic seemed more focused on performing multiple procedures than addressing the immediate needs of my pet. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before visiting this clinic.
